So, I noticed that parlayking finally posted.. It’s about time!

For those of you that don’t know me, I go by the alias ‘kapcile‘ on covers.com forums.. I posted earlier about how I’ve gone 14-4 in the past 2 days (all documented on this site).. Check out my plays for today, and let’s get that paper!!!

Now, I saw parlayking’s take on the BOS/CHI game… I can’t seem to pick a side, but I feel like if I were to bet.. I’d be betting with Chicago this game (regardless of if the public is riding them or not)… tell me how many games that the public has been riding so far this playoffs, haven’t hit… not too many.. Even Denver last night, which was heavily ridden by the public cashed in big… However, I like a different play from this game..

Regarding the SAS @ DAL game, I really can’t believe Dampier said that after Game 2.. What an idiot! And then to go back, and try to say, it didn’t come out right.. HAHA! Regardless, I can’t seem to take a side on that game either (at least at 5.5 pt spread).. I think I would feel safe at SAS +7 or back where the line started, at DAL -4.. just my 2 cents on that topic..

And finally, moving on to that Laker game… My pick is obvious, and it was posted on covers.com… I took the Lake show at -2.. I also happened to post on the forums on covers, that the only reason why Utah won the last time around during the regular season at home, was because Bynum was out during that time, and the Lakers still almost took that game… It’s evident that the Lakers haven’t been giving the first 2 games their 100%, but we should see how strong the Lakers actually are tonight… Everyone in the world seems to be loving Utah, and how great they are at home… But let me just say this… the Lakers are an even scarier team in the playoffs… I was watching an interview with some of the Laker players yesterday, and Pau and Fish were talking about how it’s tough to play in Utah because the fans are so loud… Kobe straight came out and said.. “they should know by now that the more they boo me, it just relaxes me and make me wanna try harder.. (something along those lines)… HAHA! LAKERS TO THE BANK!!!! I was considering a play on that UNDER, but the way these playoffs have gone… who knows?

I haven’t posted in a while, but it seems like MR. bookiebusta has been on quite a roll, so I haven’t had the need to… Here are my plays for tonight before he posts…

BOS @ CHI -3.5 (O/U 201.5)

Chicago has been on a roll, and they have built up a lot of confidence.. They almost went up 2-0 against Boston, but they’ve been over-achieving, and I don’t see them continuing their play tonight.. Paul Pierce has not asserted himself as the aggressor in this series… at least not yet.. Look for a big game from Pierce and Allen tonight, as Rondo should be slowed after getting banged up last game… Considering a play on Celtics ML… Let’s go PIERCE!

SAS @ DAL -5.5 (O/U 190)

Dampier is supposed to lay out Tony Parker tonight… on his first play driving to the basket… LOL… I don’t think the Spurs are going to lay around, while the best player in the WNBA (according to Shaq) runs his mouth about arguably the best player on the Spurs team (at least this year).. Look for a monster game from Parker and Duncan, as the two should easily combine for 60.. Also, the past 10 games or so between the two ball clubs have gone over.. so just something to consider…

Lakers have 14 games left in the 09 playoffs… (haha, at least according to their blackboard, that’s what their goal is.. to sweep through all the series) Tonight’s game against the Lakers is too easy to call.. The Lakers are ready to sweep, and tonight won’t be any different.. The past two games in LA, the Lakers have been going easy on Utah, keeping Kobe on the bench, to allow their bench to gain valuable playoff experience… Kobe goes for 30+ tonight, and goes home with the W…
